Please read and agree to obey HKUO:Hardcore rules before registering

The below are the basic laws in HKUO: Hardcore (1-Mar-2010)

1.0: If player’s lost was due to bugs in the game or unexpected events, server administrators will not replace the respective lost. We understand and sympathize there are times when players lose valuable items, but we must retain a uniform policy across the board as there is no way to verify the honesty of the claim
-1.1 If any problems occurred from bugs, administrators will not replace any items
-1.2 Players must not use bugs in any circumstances and must report to administrators once discovered
-1.3 Administrators have the full rights to take control of any items/skills raised from bugs, moreover administrators will punish relevant parties (including beneficiaries) on various cases

2.0: Players have the obligation and responsibility to report ANY BUGS discovered intentionally or unintentionally to the server administrators
-2.1 If you have discovered any players are using bugs (whether profit making or not), you should report to the administrators ASAP
-2.2 For the above rules <1.2>, <2.0> and/or <2.1>, administrators are granted with the rights to ban the relative parties from the server. This does not restrict the administrators of banning any players if they are in breach of rules other than <1.2>, <2.0> and/or <2.1>

3.0: HKUO:Hardcore strictly allows players having ONLY ONE account
-3.1 If, happens to be in a LAN network (e.g. home, dormitory/hall, internet café) having more than 1 player (e.g. family, friends), you MUST share the same account with them
-3.2 To minimize the risk of accounts being stolen, not exceeding the account limitation and for security reasons, to share/keep/borrowing/lending other player’s account or accepting accounts given by other players are STRICLY FORBIDDEN (Note: Please do not login your own account in other places
-3.3 If you or other players cannot connect with the server, you or him/her should seek advise from the administrators, please do not attempt to lend / borrow other player’s account to perform login tests.
-3.4 For the above rule <3.0>, <3.1>, <3.2>, <3.3> If server administrators perform routine IP checks and discovered overlimit/ sharing/exchange/lending/borrowing other player’s account, this could lead to all related accounts being banned until further notice

4.0 HKUO:Hardcore only recognize ORIGINAL razor (all plugins are forbidden) and UOAM as the only acceptable third party programs.
-4.1 Players are strictly forbidden to use other third party programs (e.g. EUO, PlayUO, or any programs written on your own)
-4.2 Players editing clients are strictly forbidden (e.g. editing trees, walls, magics)

5.0: Automation / Marco-ing for resources (included but not only limited to raw materials) are strictly forbidden
-5.1 Resources are meaning (but not only restricting to) Ores, Ingots, Logs, Boards, Fishes, Treasure of Tokunos, Bulk order deeds, foods, golds…etc
-5.2 Gathering any resources AFK (Away from Keyboard) are strictly forbidden
-5.3 For the above rules <5.0>, <5.1> and <5.2>, upon discovery of the above, accounts will be banned until further notice, DO NOT ATTEMPT

6.0: Players cannot get or beg any items from server administrators
-6.1 Server administrators are not walking dictionaries or gonglues, if you encounter any problems (not including bugs or server problems), please get advise from other players.
-6.2 Server administrators are not guides, if you happen to be lost in the game, please use google or the UO map
-6.3 Server administrators are not “Summon-able” Healers or forensics; please do not page gm for resurrection or picking your corpses

7.0 Please respect our staffs, since we are all voluntaries which use our own time to help all the players to solve all their difficulties.
-7.1 Do not attempt or intent to lie or deceive administrators

8.0: Administrators will not actively interfere a player’s insult, discrimination or other unsightly speech to another player in the game or in the forum. Administrators have the rights to join such discussions.
-8.1 Do not insult or provoke administrators, you will regret.
-8.2 Foul languages in HKUO are strictly not forbidden

9.0: The above are HKUO:Hardcore’s basic laws, it does not mean under special circumstances administrators cannot take actions.
-9.1 If in any breach of the above laws, the maximum penalty will be permanently blocking all accounts
-9.2 Administrators retain all the rights to amend our policies at any time.

10.0: Britain Sewers was listed as Newbie Protection Area, any direct or indirect harassments are strictly forbidden

11: Please use common sense
-11.1 If the above rule does not mention specific cases, it does not mean staff cannot take action to such issue.

12: Before entering our world – HKUO: Hardcore, please understand all the rules and obey to such rules. For any questions, please post a question in the forum and entirely solve your problems before creating an account
