HKUO currently has four staffs who work for this server on voluntary basis. They are:

• Admin uo.com.hk (a.k.a. Antony)
• Admin atsu
• Admin Penny
• Admin Katrina

Antony is responsible for scripts, server hardware & software setup, and all technical things.

Atsu is responsible for game content design , world balance and event planning.

Penny is responsible for in-game monitoring and event planning.

Katrina assists other administrators to finish their duties.

If you have any technical problem in game like "character stuck", feel free to contact them via e-mail. Remember, always with good manner! They are not customer service department. Respect to our staffs.
